Canadian rock band Sum 41 consists of Deryck Whibley, Dave Baksh, Tom Thacker, Jason McCaslin and Frank Zummo. In 1999, the band signed with Island Records – two years before releasing their debut album, ‘All Killer No Filler’. Their success went mainstream with one of their most successful single, Fat Lip. The album went Platinum in the US, Canada and the UK. Since then, they have released five more albums and will be performing at the Warped Tour’s final stop in Toronto this coming July.

Sum 41 began with a different name – Kaspir. Once they started to take their music more seriously, they changed their name for a Supernaova show on September 28, 1996, which was the 41st day of their summer vacation.
