So it’s thanksgiving weekend and it’s a time when people use their social media platform to announce that they’re thankful for something. Usually, these people are grateful for their families or friends and that’s cool, but that makes me rethink of my current list of what I’m thankful for.
1. The Kettle Chips *Krinkle cut*
I surprisingly only found out about the existence of the best chips brand ever in the last year. I have never tasted something so fresh that is supposed to be bad for you – and let’s not talk about the variety that is available to us in stores. I mean, ‘Backyard BBQ’, ‘Siracha’ and ‘Korean BBQ’??? This food is a blessing the disguise of chips and I’m all for it.
2. Noah Centineo
This boy is just so pretty and has definitely increased my unrealistic expectations when it comes to guys. From his appearance in “To All The Boys I Loved” and “Sierra Burgess is a Loser” he has stole my heart and tbh most of the Instagram accounts that I follow are some of his fan accounts, oops.
3. Occupation Double
Well this is something I definitely did not expect to be on this list maybe two months ago, but now it makes total sense. After being in Ontario for a full year, I sometimes will find myself missing the funny Quebec accent (which I can have if I want to) and this show fulfills all my needs when it comes to being entertained by Quebecers. Also, Jay Du Temple is cute af <3.
And now on a more serious note…
I’m just thankful for all the amazing opportunities I’ve got to experience this year but I’m especially thankful for my best friends, my family (special mention to my cousin/boss/mentor Nate) and finally for my trip in Israel.
My Ontario friends and family have welcomed me 100% this year and accepted me for who I truly was, while my family back home were supporting my crazy decisions and adventures.
A special mention for my cousin Nate who’s been challenging me every day for the best and helping with my growth as an individual and professional. Since I’ve been young he’s been my constant inspiration so I’m very grateful to be learning from him as a young adult.
When it comes to Israel, my trip there back in May has put me into the path that I’m in now. It has confirmed that I love creating and being myself and that I don’t want to constraint myself in an office just yet. I want to explore, write and enjoy everything that life will be throwing my way. I just want to be me.
Finally, I’m grateful for the platform and community that I’m creating here on the blog. We are now 100 and I couldn’t be any happier ❤ ! Thank you for following me and reading my blog – your support means everything to me.
What are you grateful for this year?
